The Methow Valley Concierge Home Inspection Services include a weekly or biweekly inspection with a dated report sent to you that includes:

• Security Check
• Check all windows and doors, making sure they are locked and not damaged
• Alarm systems are on and operational
• Lights are on-off and programmable timers are set
• Heating System
• Furnace / heating system is operational
• Thermostat is set
• Plumbing System
• Hot water is operational
• Faucets are turned off
• Toilets are operational with no leaking
• Appliance Check
• Refrigerator / freezer is cold
• Icemaker is turned off
• Dishwasher is off and emptied
• Range gas / electric is turned off
• Washer is off with no leaking
• Phone Check
• Dial tone present
• Answering machine is functional
• Structural Check
• Snow load on roofs and decks addressed
• Ensure surface water flowing away from structure

We can customize this service to fit your needs. If there is a service you want to add to this list, please let us know. This is a preventative maintenance plan that can save you large utility bills and costly water damage due to frozen pipes. The Home Service Inspection will be conducted within 24 hours after the departure of house guests. For an additional fee, we will arrange housekeeping and any other home services you require.

When arriving in the valley later than your guests, we can also meet your guests and give them entrance to your home and make sure they have everything they need prior to your arrival.
