Service Rates
Our services are based on an hourly fee or fixed-fee, depending on the particular task. A specific hourly rate or fixed-fee is provided when booking the service. Retainers may be required for larger projects or purchases.

Service Hours
Methow Valley Concierge’s normal business hours are 8:00am until 5:00pm Monday through Friday (excluding some national holidays). On Saturday we are open by appointment only. We will accommodate clients requiring emergency errands and after hours when ever possible, additional charges may apply.

Cancellation Policies
Please inform us of any cancellation within a twenty-four hour period. For service cancelled within less than four hours notice, or for services already begun, a $25.00 service fee will be applied.
